Celebration of the Life of Asa Lewis Staley
Asa was born November 23, 1955 in Philadelphia,PA to Asa Lewis Staley and Nora Staley. He passed away in his residence on September 3, 2019.
He was educated in the Philadelphia School System graduating from Germantown High School.
Asa met Lula Goldsmith at the Marriot Hotel and instantly fell in love with her beauty. Shortly after, in 1971 they were united in holy matrimony. To this union three children: Andre, Antoine and Sabrina were born.
Asa was employed with the ford company for over 20 years and retired. Asa was an avid football fan and basketball fan. He enjoyed supporting the Philadelphia Sports teams.
He was preceded in death by his parents Asa Lewis Staley and Nora Staley.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife: Lula Goldsmith-Staley, children: Andre, Antoine and Sabrina, one brother Larry Staley(Debbie), one uncle: Saul, one aunt: Eva, seven grandchildren: Andre,Alexis, Jahmir, Nashae, Mahijah, Saige and Miles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins ,other relatives and friends.
