Ce'Anie Spencer

Ce'Anie Sheila Spencer 19 yrs old left this earth on Wednesday October 12th 2022 surrounded by her Family and Friends in her city of Philadelphia. Ce'Anie (Cee Cee) as she was affectionately known was born in Philadelphia on February 12th 2003 the only Daughter to Sekayi Rawls-Harrell And Carl Spencer III.

Cee Cee attended the Philadelphia school district and worked as a cashier at Wendy's in the northeast area of Philadelphia. She loved her Job and the friends she got to know while working there.

Cee Cee enjoyed spending time with her Family and Friends, She really enjoyed taking care of babies but always made it clear to her mom that Sharif is going to be the one to make you a Grandmom. (Smile) Ce'Anie loved her Tic Toc and would create one every chance she got no matter where she was. She loved to dance, sticking that tongue out of her's and swore she could sing. Cee Cee loved that phone of her's and it would be glued to her hand 24/7. Cee Cee Loved the beach, Traveling, Working, Video games, Driving, Listening to Music at it's highest volume ( Loved NBA Young Boy ), Volley ball, Sneakers, Spending money and Amusement parks. She would try to get on every ride she could that was suppose to be scary. She had that need for speed like her Momma. Cee Cee loved to eat her chicken flavor Oodles n Noodles (She made the best Noodles), Tuna fish, Cheese Burgers, McDonald's Frappe's, Chocolate, Her mom baked Mac N Cheese and Chips.

Ce'Anie had a essence about her that touched so many people in her 19 yrs here on earth. She was so sweet, kind and caring for others even when she was not at her best. She also had her feisty side as well. She was protective of her baby brother Sharif, he was the same with her. She would always tell him to get out her room but when he wasn't in the house she always needed to know where he was.

Ce'Anie was preceded in death by her Aunt/God mom Sherry, Two Uncles the Twins Julius and Ceasar, Grandmother Sheila, Grandfather Carl Jr, Great Grandmother Otillia, Great Grandfather Willie.

Ce'Anie leaves to Cherish her Beautiful Memories, Her loving Mommy as she called her Sekayi Rawls-Harrell and Loving Father Carl Spencer III, Step Father Stephen Harrell, Grandparent's Daisy Fleming Sr, Charles Rawls Sr, Two Step Grandparent's Terrie and Deborah, Three Brother's Sharif, Darnell and Carl, Two step sister's Channell and Stephanie. Five Aunt's Daisy Jr, Ruby-Ann, Ebony, Tameka and Chi Chi. Seven Uncles Charles Jr (Boo), Yusufu, Jerry, Terry, Michael, Khalee and Eric. Two God brother's and One God Sister Devin, Rashaun and Sherae, Three Niece's One Nephew, Special Friends Matthew, Amialle, Samiyah, Samaj and Dejae. A host of Cousin's, Great Aunt's, Great Uncles, Family and Friends.

Ce'Anie will be remembered by her Beautiful smile and silly Laugh. Her name will forever live through all that loved her especially her Parent's.
