Our Beloved Christine Daniels was born on March 5, 1925 to Charles and Mary Owens in Louisburg, NC where she attended the Louisburg school system. She was the sister of Douglas, Maurice, Charlotte, James, Loveday. As a young woman she and second born son Charles Owens moved to Rocky Mt. ,NC where she met the love of her life Luther Lee Daniels. Together they moved to Baltimore, Maryland. In Baltimore, she went to work at Rosewood State Hospital as a nurse for many years until her retirement in 1975. She was the mother of nine children: Charles, Edward, Alexander, Linwood, Lee, Delphine, Eunice, Chandra and Theresa.
She relocated to Philadelphia on July 11, 1976 to be close to family. She returned to work field and there she worked as a Home Health Care Worker, which was in her nature.
