Clarice Louise Billops was born in Halifax, Virginia on February 4th, 1936, to William Ballou and Mary Petti-Ballou. She departed this life on December 31st, 2019. She received her education in the Philadelphia School District and attended Simon Gratz High School. She worked as a seamstress in a factory prior to becoming a homemaker. She met and married Ezekiel Billops. To this union 1 child was born, prior to having 2 children previously. She enjoyed several hobbies such as cleaning, cooking, sewing & taking care of her children. She also enjoyed dancing, playing the Philadelphia Lottery, listening to gospel music, faithfully watching spiritual sermons on TV. Most of all she loved spending quality time with her family and friends. She preceded in death by 3 Sisters: Inez, Mabel, Rose; 2 brothers: James & Henry; Husband Ezekiel; Daughter Anita. Clarice leaves to cherish her memory with her 1 brother William Ballou Jr; 2 sons: Eric Billops and Tyrone Dudley; 1 daughter in law Gail Billops; 2 granddaughters: Tasia Mordecai and Kia Dudley; 2 great granddaughters: Sydney Mordecai and Cadence Mordecai; 1 great grandson Cameron Mordecai. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
