dward Bradford was born in Columbia SC ON October 22, 1963 to Thelma and Joseph Bradford who preceded him in death
He was affectionately called Eddie by his family and known as Eddie Fresh by his friends.
Eddie began his education in Columbia SC and completed it at Simon Grata High School when he moved to Philadelphia with his family in 1976. During this time he worked as a youth counselor where he touched the lives of many kids
Eddie worked at Hunter Brothers at the Food Distribution Center for 35 years as a laborer and forklift operator until he took ill in 2018.
He loved his work and thought of himself as a producer expert. In his home neighborhood you would often hear people calling "Hey Mr. Fruit Man!" he loved it.
God and family came first to Eddie. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior before his passing.
Eddie married Melissa Bradford (Washington) in 2015. Theirs was a union filled with love admiration and respect.
Eddie was the type of man that one you met him you would never forget him. He filled any room he entered with joy and laughter. His smile was contagious. All eyes were drawn to his pearly white teeth.
Eddie enjoyed his weekend card games where there was music and dancing and he would always dance the Matrix a dance he created especially when his favorite song played by Michael Jackson ' Love Never Felt So Good '. All present were expected to join in and all present would laugh and feel the joy Eddie created.
Eddie enjoyed life. He loves to have fun. He loves to laugh. He loved to party. It was rare to see him without a smile on his face. Even though sickened he kept laughing and joking. It never mattered if no one else got his jokes Eddie cracked his self up. His was a life well enjoyed.
Eddie was preceded in death by his sister Josephine Bradford, brothers Joseph Bradford, Donald Bradford and Jerry Bradford. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Melissa Bradford, 2 brothers James Bradford ( Annette), Ronald Bradford, 2 sisters Linda Bradford and Lila May Bradford, 4 children Tawonda Powell, Marquis Powell, Latisha Bradford and Paula Johnson 3 step children Tiffany Washington, Khalil Williams and Ahmad Williams, 14 grandchildren, 18 nieces and nephews and his boss who is his very good friend and brother of the heart Frank (Chip) Wiechec and a host of relatives and friends.
