Fred Hines as he was affectionately known by loved ones and close friends, was born on July 9,1958 in Philadelphia Pa. to the late Zula Mae Hines and Frederick Hines Jr. On Tuesday September 22,2020 Fred was called home to be with his Heavenly Father after a lengthy illness.
Fred attended the Philadelphia school system. At a young age he was in a band called Bad Influence alone with his brother Michael and friends, Calvin, Maurice, Tony, Stan and Potsie. Fred played the trumpet and he was good at it. He enjoyed going to shows, visiting Wildwood during the summer and he liked sports, especially football. Eagles was his team. And he also loved the casinos. He shared his life with a special friend, Sandy which whom he loved dearly for many years.
Fred was employed by G&G Fabric company for fourly two years until he retired.
Fred leaves to cherish his loving memories; his special friend, Sandy, three step children; Rob, Javell and Rikeya, five brothers Michael, Andre, Jerome, Keith and Christopher. Three sisters-in-law’s; Yolanda Hines, Serene Poindexter and Michelle Jenkins Hines; four uncles Wilburn McQueen, Robin Hines, Stephen Hines and Gregory Hines; Two aunts; Patricia Hines and Daine Hines; host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
