Jacqueline Patrice Riggins-Love, departed this life peacefully on September 11, 2015 surrounded by her family. Affectionately known as Jackie, was born on May 18, 1962 in Philadelphia to the late Hubert Riggins and Edith Riggins-Troupe. Jackie was 3rd of eight siblings.

She was educated in the Philadelphia school system, where she graduated from Olney High school in 1980. She furthered her education in technical schools, where she obtained certificates for medical technician and culinary arts. Jackie was united with Mike Love in marriage in 1982, a young man who she had known throughout her early childhood. To this union 2 sons were born Stuart and Ian. Jackie was employed at various places utilizing her talents and trainings. Later she was employed at the department of Welfare until her death. Jackie was baptized at Wayland Temple Baptist church at an early age . Jackie and Mike went on to join St Gabriel's Episcopal Church where they attended for nearly 20 years.

Serving on many committees and actively participating in all functions within the church. She was active member of The Daughters of the King Order.

Her jubilant attitude, her eagerness to help others were widely spread among family and Friends. She enjoyed quality time with her granddaughter Zhamairrah Scott, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed catering, preparing fruit baskets and making her signature meatballs.

Jackie leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband Michael Love, two sons Stuart and Ian Love, a granddaughter Zhamairrah Scott, her mother Edith Troupe, siblings Donna (Armon)Corey, Andrea Riggins, Nathan Riggins, Keith(Ageeda) Riggins, Karen Riggins, brother-in-law Rob Love and sister-in-law Cheryl Riggins,
And a host of family and friends.

Preceded her in death: Father Hubert Riggins, brothers, Kevin Riggins and Kyle Troupe, brother-in-law Charlie Love, Mother-in-law Emma Love and Father-in-law Wilbert Love. Jackie will be missed by all who ever came in her presence for her kindness and friendliness captured her spirit.
