Julian Mangual Santiago was born 12/27/1949 to Delores and the late Julio Santiago Mangual in Ponce, Puerto Rico and was the oldest of four Sons.
Julian was educated in the Philadelphia public school system and graduated from Overbrook High School. He then furthered his education in Delaware at the Delaware Technical CC where he took computer courses. Julian also served in the military under the US Navy.
Julian met the love of his life Gloria Ann Watts in his high school English class; they married upon his return from the Navy and from this union two children were born, Julian Jose Santiago and Titania Rana Santiago. He was a loving, devoted husband and father.
Some of his favorite past times were bowling, doing yard work, working on computer programs and researching on his cell phone that he didn’t want but learned to love it saying frequently that “it’s more than just a phone, it does everything!”
He leaves precious memories to wife of 47 years Gloria Santiago, children - Julian Santiago/Angela and Titania Santiago/Larry, grandchildren – Kaliah & Enoch, great grandchildren – Khaisean & Elias; mother Delores Santiago, Brothers – Carlton/Linda Santiago, Ricardo Santiago and Philip Santiago along with a host of extended family & friends.
