Leona Trotter

Leona Trotter was born on January 15,1961 in Milford, Delaware to the late Eugene and Myrtle Trotter. Leona Departed this life to be with the Lord on September 15, 2021.

Leona received her education at Cape Henlopen High school. She then furthered her education by attending Everest University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She was a member of Kingdom Worship Ministries, Inc. where she became a Missionary under the leadership of Overseer Malissa Dukes.

Whenever Leona was able to attend a church service she made sure she gave God his due praise. She didn't need no one else to start she would run to the shouting floor without hesitation. Leona also loved her family, dancing and making everyone laugh. She was always the life of the party.

She was proceeded in death by her mother and father Eugene and Myrtle Trotter, her birth mother Phoebe Martin, Her son Dennis Hicks, her brothers Eugene Trotter Jr. and Hilbert Watson.

She leaves to cherish one daughter Keeann Harris, Two sons Ricky Hicks (Ashley ) and Sylvester Hicks. Three sisters Betty Hall (James), Veronica "Jitterbug" Martin, and Stella Hazzard. 19 grandchildren Kenosha, Carletra, Fabian, Charlize, N'Iyjere Tayone, Za'laiyah, Rikira, Jemeire, Rikiya, Ricky III, Rozell, Zaire, Madison, Morgan, M'kiyah, M'liyah, Malaya and Zyon; 10 great grandchildren; One aunt and uncle that she always checked on, Jessie and Albert Harmon, and a host of aunts uncles, nieces and nephews
