Marie Wiggins

Marie Wiggins affectionately known as (Ree-Ree) transitioned from Earth to Heaven on 2/210/2020. Marie was the 6th child born to the late Thomas and Mary Daley on 9/5/1958. Marie knew and loved the lord. Marie was educated through the Philadelphia public school system. Upon receiving her education she pursued her career in health care, it was there she found solace. Marie had a passion for caring for people in need. Ambler Rest nursing home is where she Marie started her career for her first decade, she became employed with Bayada Nursing from 1994 until May 2017. Do the Math. Marie loved her clients and would speak about them often. She would even take her grandchildren to visit. Her clients were considered family.

Marie was also the caregiver to her parents in their Golden age. Marie had a special place in her heart for poodles. The one she owned was named Sassy. Marie loved to cook, and would feed anyone that came across her threshold. Her favorite artist was Smokey Robinson. She actually attended a live performance in Atlantic city this past summer at the Borgata featuring Smokey Robinson! Mommy said….Smokey still got it! (lol). Marie loved braiding her granddaughter's hair. Marie loved family gathering, laughter and good times. Mommy was a down to earth type of human. She felt pain and love. But, mommy chose love. Her only two children named Anthony and Tameika gave all the strength with god that was needed to make it through another day… between the Two 10 grand and 6 great grand was born!

Marie was a great daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-mother, aunt, cousin, friend, and neighbor. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Marie loved her nieces and nephews as equally as she loved her grandchildren. Marie was the kind of person that would give you anything that she could. If she had it, you got it. She loved giving good sound advice, you can talk to mommy about anything. She will tell you the truth. The truth will set us all free. Her main advice was …. Don’t even worry about. She understood worrying was hindrance to living your best life. Marie was very attentive and aware of her surroundings. To know Marie is to know what real love was all about.

Marie sowed God's greatest gift of all, and that was to love one another. Marie reaped the benefits when she needed help for herself. The call was not a tough decision to bear for anyone that knew her. Her children lovingly accepted the call. Now, God called and his call is best. Gone but never forgotten. We love you, Marie!

Marie was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Mary Daley. Brothere Issac and Palmer Daley. Sister Janie Zamichelli and her eldest Grandson; Hanif (Bryant) Davis.

Marie leaves to carry on her Legacy; Anthony Daley and Tameika ( Haleemah) Daley. Daughter in law Fatimah Daley; Son in law Mustafa Davis. Her grandchildren Anthony Jr. Fatimah (Precious), Shadiid, Sincere, Faith, Free Miracles, Aaminah, Khalid, Abdur Rahman. Great-grand; Aasiyah, Maykayla, Skylar, Makia, Ilan and Baby Antonio. Along with a host of Nieces, Nephews, friends and relatives.
